Procedure for Submission:
All submissions should be made by the course instructors by the last day of classes in the spring semester. In the submission email, please indicate name(s) of the student(s), the title of the discourse, and the course for which the work was submitted. Provide the web address of the discourse or attach the content of the discourse with the email. The selection committee will consist of three or four faculty members to be formed at the end of the spring semester. The final decision should be submitted to the chair of the Research and Teaching Support Committee in mid-May. The award letter will be sent before the Commencement. The student(s) winning the award will be asked to attend the College Commencement to receive the award. The prize is a cash award and a certificate.
