Our new fundraising drive, Great Expectations, the Campaign for Maryland, is the linchpin in our plan for achieving greatness as a university with national and international impact. Our expectations for the university and for our students, faculty and alumni who bring it to life are virtually boundless.  We are determined to excel in everything we do.

The Campaign represents a critical turning point in the history of the University of Maryland. It is about transforming lives and making a difference.  It is about the future and allows Maryland to set the pace and define greatness for research universities. We are prepared to move up to the next level, but to do so will require support far beyond what the state provides.

You can play a key role in our ascent to greatness.  Your contribution, no matter the size, will help the College of Information Studies achieve its destiny as one of the nation’s top iSchools.
