Alisha Pradhan is a Ph.D. student in Information Studies at the University of Maryland, College Park, advised by Dr. Amanda Lazar. Her research interests span a broad range of topics focusing largely on human-computer interaction, ubiquitous computing, accessibility, and technology design for underrepresented populations. She completed her Masters in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Maryland, College Park (Thesis advised by Dr. Leah Findlater and Dr. Amanda Lazar) and Bachelors in Industrial Design from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, (India).
